  1. You are so right! I'm now a couple months in and have met with my doctor again with a positive visit. It's trial and error but I feel like I'm getting it down and feeling better more often than not. The anxiety is better right now and I know exactly what you mean about not wanting to increase meds. But please consider it if you feel like you keep struggling...
