    Just had a small hot chocolate this morning. 15 minutes later I am on the toilet looking at this site. I haven't had anything else to eat just grabbed a hot chocolate when getting my kids breakfast. I eat the sundaes with no problem but have reacted to a shake there before. It thinks its likely due to CC.
