Hello, I was diagnosed with Celiac over a year ago and I've been doing pretty well with eating gluten free with little to no reactions. A couple days ago I visited my brother and we ate out. I'm pretty sure I was glutened at a Mexican restaurant. My symptoms when I eat gluten are constipation, bloating and a feeling of a brick/heavy feeling in my stomach...
