Anyone had trouble with Urthbox? Its a subscription company that guarantees gluten free food but often sends food that could be cross contimated. It sends food from companies that will not themselves say it is safe for Celiacs. I have recieved products that say "may contain wheat" Is this just annoying practice or is this illegal? ARCHIVED Gluten Free Food but not certified

Can a store have in their Gluten Free location food that is not certified gluten free and that says on label "May contain wheat" or "processed in facility with wheat". I complained about this but was told that it can be done like this in USA as long as wheat isn't in the ingredient list. Is this true?
