I was gluten free for 2 months and felt great!!Then I cheated and I am fighting to get back where I was. It is a daily battle. -
This is my first post, I woke up 2 months ago with a rash that won't quit. I was completely gluten free and then I went through some major stress and ate 3 pieces of pizza. I think I am paying for it now. What can I buy over the counter to help? Anyone?
