I googled this topic because I WAS having a reaction to the Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus. For lunch every day at work I have a bunch of raw veggies (carrots, snap peas, etc) with some Sabra hummus. I was sitting in a meeting and started have a bit of a reaction (brain fog, face twitching, sight/hearing problems). My reactions usually happen 15-20 minutes...
