I found this thread while doing a Google search for Jules Thin Crust--I'd read about it on a LiveJournal community called "PhillyYaks", for people of the region with Celiac disease. Anyway, I was trying to plan my weekend (what does that say about my Monday if the day's not even half over and I'm planning my weekend already...
