I know this is an old thread but I thought I would add my recent experiences. I am diagnosed coeliac (sorry UK spelling!) I am a 42 year old endurance athlete. I would consider myself very fit and I have a very low resting heart rate. I am 5ft10" and 10.7 stone. I have never smoked, I drink alcohol very rarely, I have never taken any drugs other...
