I can't believe that I missed this for so many years!!! My daughter is 46 years old and has very bad celiac. She also has Down syndrome so she doesn't always listen to diet recommendations etc.. I want to make jam from some of my plums but can't find a brand of pectin that states it it gluten free. I'd love to know i anyone knows of one that is. Thanks so much, Deb
