  4. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience in gluten free eating in Germany. I was diagnosed about two weeks ago, so I'm on a steep gluten learning curve AND have been offered a career opportunity in Russelsheim, Germany. Both are exciting pieces of information, but I'm not sure how realistic it will be to try to find gluten in a language I'm not even close...
