Who's Celiac Was Triggered By Gallbladder Removal?

I was a diabetic type 1..since the age of 23. Two years ago i had to have my gallbladder removed due to 3 stones..its been down hill..i wa diagnosed with Celiac disease 2 months later, and now lactose intolerant. I dont know what to eat anymore...Im just so lost... can anyone help...Thanks you.
