Hi I am Gluten Free by Choice for th emost part, I am so for my husband who is Celiac, but I've quite enjoyed the lifestyle. It has made me be more efficient for overall health reasons, and I can say honestly, that more people should opt for this dietary lifestyle on their own. Even healthy people with no food allergies.
