Hope this isn't a dumb question, but I can't seem to find any info on whether cottage cheese contains gluten. I've switched to a lowfat organic variety made by a local company because it contains fewer chemicals than the national brands, but I'm still not sure. I can't seem to remember the no-no ingredients as well as I can specific brand names, so this will help a lot.
