Hi! I just returned from Orlando and I followed the advice from this post and it was wonderful in Disneyworld. We went to the Magic Kindgom and Epcot. We did the reservations ahead of time at both. Hi! There is a store called the Gluten Free Market that is in Buffalo Grove, IL. It is about 10-15 minutes away from Palatine. The entire store is Gluten Free food. Hi! I usually stick to the white sauce dish, like Chicken and Broccoli. I always say no soy sauce or flour...just corn starch and I have never had a problem. Good luck! Kim

Hi! I will be traveling on a Carnival Cruise this summer.
