  1. I was wondering if someone could help me figure some things out. I am new and I am trying my hardest to educate myself. Are these safe: soybean oil partially hydrogenated soybean canola oil Also is Kraft philadelphia plain whipped cream cheese safe?

  3. My bloodwork for celiac's disease came back POSITIVE. She said the levels were high. So my doctor referred me to a GI specialist. Do they have to do other tests? If so, what tests? She told me to do the gluten free diet, which I already have been for 6 days now. I hope what ever other tests they need to do come back correct with me already on the diet...

  5. aged cayennered peppers, vinegar, water, salt and garlic powder (mixed with melted butter) I am VERY new here and I am VERY clueless. I am waiting for my results. Thanks!
  6. Thanks so much for your response! I called for my results and the nurse said my stool sample was fine, but the bloodwork for celiac's disease is still pending. She told me to call back on Monday. Now I have to wait all weekend. oh boy!
  7. Hi,, I am new here. I think I have celiac's disease. They did some bloodwork today and a stool sample. I've been reading some posts about not going on the diet before you're tested so the results are accurate.... I ate (what could be my last) donut two days ago. I felt horrible after I ate it. But that was two days ago. Yesterday I didn't eat any...
