    My son has Asperger's and is also sensitive to the chemical dye additives in food. He will have meltdowns with gluten or dyes if he eats them. His pupils dilate, his ears get red, and he gets emotionally out of control.

    They eat me alive and swell to huge proportions. When I went on my honeymoon, people thought I had some skin disease. I am O negative, btw. I will try the B1 Vitamin this summer and see what happens.

    I have a cyst on my eye and celiac disease. My mother has uveitis and irritable bowel. I don't have any research to quote, but I think it is all auto-immune related.

    It does REAAALLY suck. It is worth it, though. I went off of it because it scared me that when I missed a dose I felt so horrible. It was like being addicted to heroin or something, you know? I was afraid that I might not be able to get the prescription due to money or some other problem, and then be forced off it. The symptoms were like being drunk...

    This is so discouraging. I mean, fruit is the one thing I eat! We have an organic market 30 minutes away, and with the price of gas rising, we had stopped going. Would the wheat derived wax in an organic fruit wash off?? I know we don't know the answer, I am just wondering out loud. Thanks for the heads up on this.
