  1. hi everyone! i would just like to know what alcoholic beverages are gluten free? i never really have understood all of the distilling...gluten free....not gluten free.... i know normal beer is not ok, but what else?? thanks for your help! kms
  2. sorry i don't have a recipe, but a suggestion... corn tortillas are softer and roll MUCH easier if you pop them in the microwaves for like 20 seconds first. about the recipe, i came across one a while ago but don't remember what/where it was. i think i just got it from typing it into google tho. so you might want to try that! hope this is at least...
  3. hey! thanks for all the suggestions everybody! i tried the gorilla munch...very tasty! panada puffs were pretty good also. i tried one (i can't remember the name because i threw it directly in the garbage!) that wasn't very good, but i bought it because it was a healthier one and higher in fiber and stuff. any ideas for one like this?? is quinoa or...

  8. hi!! i used to live on cereal before going gluten free. so far i haven't had much luck with gluten-free ones that taste very good! i was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions?? i liked anything from cap n crunch to kashi cereals....so any advice would be great! thanks!! kms p.s. malt flavoring sucks!!! i hate when i'm reading down...
  9. hey! i have been a vegetarian my whole life and have been gluten free for the past 3 months or so. it seems tough at first. (great:))people on here recommended rice noodles and that helped me a lot because you can use them in tons of pasta dishes. i also love stir fries and do lots of experimenting. its fun to try new things out, as long as you are ok...

  13. hi! i'm new to celiac and am pretty overwhelmed! im in my first year of college and i'm struggling with the dining centers (they are not very understanding). right now i'm surviving on fruits, veggies & corn tortillas.... (i'm also a lifelong vegetarian) so i'm seriously craving a real meal!! and people around me have never heard of this and i'm embarrased...
