I had small blisters occasionally on my hands ,I thought it was poison ivy or something.I went on a diet with lots of whole grain and broke out after 3 months.First on my left elbow and now all over.I am glad to know what is going on ,but it sure itches. -
This itch is driving me crazy.Today is the worst so far. I am not sure if I ate some gluten or if this is normal. I am trying to avoid Dapsone and have been gluten-free about a month.Anyone have a suggestion??? Jeff

I have recently found I have DH. Can anyone tell me how long before some relief is noticed? I have been gluten-free for two weeks and not much has changed. Trying to avoid Dapsone. Sawgrass
