  6. I do not use salt in cooking, and do not add any at the table. I will try this type of "Salt test" to see if that might be it.   8. I lost 30 lbs right before my DX of celiac. I did NOT have it to spare. So now I am drinking Ensure everyday inbetween meals. It is gluten free. I also enjoy a candy bar everyday.
