I see , yeah recently I had my Complete blood work done and I was low on magnesium , b12 and vitamin d ... I guess I’ll try with the magnesium supplement and see if it works for me . Thank you for your input Tessa25

Hey guys i have been on gluten free diet for last 3 years but since I have been diagnosed and started my gluten free diet I get these weird left side headaches / pressure which will shift from front of the head to left temple and to the back of the ear .. does anyone else suffer from something similar when they get accidentally glutened or not , share...
