I like Living Without. I get at the Mustard Seed in Ohio-- It is an Organic food market. I wish the magizine came out more than quartely.

I have made Macroni & Cheese (Basic & Quick), it was very good=-but the cream cheese didn't melt. Is it suppose to? I haven't tried heating cream cheese before. Thanks.
