Hi and thanks for your help! My extended family (13 of us) are going to Dominican Republic for Christmas. We have rented a villa so we will have a kitchen. Three of us are gluten free. I plan to do all the cooking as we've been told that it will be difficult to insure safety when eating out. I'm hoping to shop locally for meats, fruit and veggies and whatever...
