  5. My 2 1/2 year old son was just recently diagnosed with Celiacs by a blood test. We are still waiting to see the specialist so have not changed his diet. He tends to cry and move around alot at night usually it is around the same time every night. Has anyone ever noticed this? He ate a snack around 8pm that had gluten.
