Thank you all for your suggestions and opinions. They surely will make our trip more fun. I live in central Massachusetts. It's sad that we don't have any restaurants that serve gluten free pasta or pizza....hopefully that will change soon. -

Thank you, nlindsey. That's what I was hoping for...maybe a pizza place or something a little different from the usual chains. Is there a store you could recommend so that we can pick up snacks instead of trying to pack them on the plane? Thanks again -
We're traveling to Denver in September.Tentative plan isto drive through the Rockies to Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, southern rim of Grand Canyon. Anyone have tips for restaurants or health food stores?
