    My son has celiac, and was diagnosed by DNA cheek swab testing. There are now 15 of us in our family. He is vegetarian and celiac. Makes it more challenging.
  7. I recently attended a gluten free cooking class by Annalise G. Roberts. She has written the best baking cookbook I have found. It is called Gluten Free Baking Classics. Dr. Peter Green is a friend of hers and has written a forward in the book. I have tried the submarine roll, sandwich bread and french bread recipes all with wonderful results.

  11. I found a lab in Oregon(I am in NY)that does gene testing with just a cheek swab. If he has all the classic symptoms and you want to forgo the biopsy like we did then I urge you to do this test. It will show if he carries the gene.
