Is it common for toddler's sleep to increase after being gluten free? Carrigan used to sleep around 12 hours at night and take a 1 1/2 to 2 hour nap during the day. No...I have not been tested. I haven't ever had any problems, and can tolerate gluten fine. I strongly believe that it is all on his side of the family.
