Oh Know!!! I just read the Heinz 57 sauce and it has malt vin. in it. I've been feeding that to my kids thinking that was okay. Not that the malt vinegar was okay but I could've sworn that H. 57 was fine. I think that I confused it with A1 steak sauce. I feel really horrible now.

Hillshire Farms has a lowfat sausage, I buy it every now and then. They are gluten-free also.

Do they have the gluten listed on their ing.? I just looked online and everything to me looked okay. Am I not catching something? I matched all the ing. to the Forbidden List and I didn't see any no no's.

I agree with the dairy and soy. I took my DD off of Dairy and within a couple of wks., her bloating went away. I took her to McD's to get a vanilla milkshake and guess what, the bloating and gas came back with a vengance. I took DD Friday to have blood drawn for Milk allergy test. We'll see.
