Hi, I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease, and while it's been a PITA trying to figure out what I can and cannot eat, I think I'm doing pretty well so far. The only problem I'm having is with all of the "filler" type stuff. Is there a comprehensive list somewhere of all of the unpronounceable fillers/thickeners/stabilizers/etc. that are gluten...
