I got ill after eating these...just thought everyone would like a heads up. I looked for quite some time before finding this: Shari's Berries: Our chocolate covered fruit are gluten free but are processed in factories that share equipment with gluten products.

Thank you for posting this! I've spent hours researching this, with no luck! Having to deal with a severe case of celiac, I avoided it, as a crumb will cause symptoms. I was on the verge of risking it, until I read your post!

      The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

      I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

      Yarrow Pom works really well with the skin issues I found out.I had to stop so my doterra because dealing with medical celiac circus. I had shingles in Feb 2023. Prayers for healing

      More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
