hey for those of you who are not happy with the different kinds of breads and how they turn out, here's one to try. Its made by Fearn and its their Brown Rice Baking Mix. Their web site is www.modernfearn.com. Not all of their products are gluten-free so watch out. This brown rice baking mix is really good though! I have a milk allergy so I sub the milk with water or soy milk and either way its been great! Just wanted to pass that on, enjoy! :D

      I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
