Lisa, what state are you in?

Kim.

The gluten-free Gourmet by Betty Hagman has a recipe for it. It's way too long to post, but any book store or even healthfood store should have it. Good luck!

Hi Lisa, I get the cheese ravioli from the Dietary Shoppe which is in Philadelphia.

The web is http/www.dietaryshoppe.com . They also have stuffed shells and lasagna, all frozen. I am pretty sure they ship the frozen foods but since it is local I have never tried. I have also discovered that a company called Nuovo pasta make gluten-free potato gnocchi that is available at WHole Foods but not in my area. They can be ordered by the case and the phone is 203-380-4090 ext. 111.

Good Luck,

Hi Guys, Thank you for the info. Hey, Kathy B. I live in Collegeville, Pa. I never heard about the Dietary Shoppe. I'm headed to the web site now. It takes about 40 minutes for me to drive into Philly so I see a road trip in the very near future. Thank you, thank you, thank you, This forum is AWESOME! I can't wait for a Ravioli again, Bye for now, and truthfully, thank you, Lisa :P

I had great cheese ravioli from dietary specialties - find them at www.dietspec.com Open Original Shared Link they are pricey but tasted great!

Lisa and Sara, I do believe the ravioli is from the company Dietary Specialties but I don't have any in right now. Lisa, The Dietary SHoppe is a must trip. The store is almost entirely gluten free except for a few speciality foods for PKU? and diabetics.

They have both frozen and dry goods and the shopowner is Celiac and can give you lots of help. Try the Bi-Aglut dry pasta. It is like no other gluten-free PASTA. They also carry ready made frozen pizza fromFoods By George which are pretty good. My daughter is going to Gwynedd-Mercy College and I know it is not far from Collegeville since I grew up in Conshohocken. Can you recommend any shops or restaurants in the area?

Kathy

Hi Kathy, We really don't eat out to often, I have a 4 year old son, and a 8 1/2 month old son, who really don't like to sit still that long. We do order out sushi from Fuji San which is the best sushi around. Its located right off of 422 at the Royersford exit. Were going to the Dietary shoppe on Saturday, I can't wait. Thanks again, Lisa:)

Thanks Lisa - maybe by the time the kids get a little older their will be more restaurant choices for you. I gave the dietician at Gwynedd the business card from the Dietary Shoppe and she is going to order some of my daughter's favorites. Good luck on Saturday.

Hi Everyone, the family and I took the short trip to the Dietary Shoppe on Saturday, WOW the place is fantastic. I finnally got my ravioli's they were amazing. I also got chocolate dounuts, cinnamon bunns, onion bagels, mushroom soup mix, and some other goodies. The owner was a dietician at a hospital and decide to open her own store. She has been in this location for two months. Previously she was in Chestnut Hill. Everything I've tasted so far was excellent, not chewy or gross. I really love the dounuts......Well if you have never been there, it is a must or check out the web site. Thanks everyone for all the info, YOU"RE THE BEST!!!!!!! :D

If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly flareups.

No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done recently?

Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
