I heard last night that Burger king is going start offering a bunless burger to pacify the Atkins/low carbohydrate diet craze.. but hey that works out for us! They are going to serve it up in a salad bowl with all the fixin's!

That is good news! Thanks for the info

I called Burker King Corporate and asked about the "Bunless Burger" and was assured it was gluten-free. I also suggested they update their allergy list from wheat to gluten-free and they said they were already working on it. The fries should be ok too but check if it a dedicated fryer.

:D I'm SOOOOOOoooo excited!! :D

Tonight I tried the bunless carb burger in a bowl thing!! It was actually pretty darn good. They serve it in a small bowl complete with fork and knife!! I brought mine home and added cheese. The fries at my burger king were in a dedicated fryer so I also enjoyed some fries!! YUM!!

I've been doing the "bunless" burgers at Wendy's and Burger King for years, without ill effect. I just order it that way. I do watch, however, because once, they put it on the bun and then pulled it off - I saw and explained that they needed to start all over, as the littlest bit, etc....

I never order the fries, just too risky.. And, most of their employees don't really get it.....

Kim.

      Thanks for your input.

If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly flareups.

No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done recently?

Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
