Dear Ms. Thompson:

Thank you for your interest in Rib Crib. Our Mild Barbecue Sauce does not contain a wheat-rye-barley or oats based gluten, but the Hot Barbecue Sauce does contain hydrolyzed wheat gluten.

Our Rib Crib seasoning, which we rub on several of our smoked meats (Brisket, Pulled Pork, Spare Ribs, Baby Back Ribs, Smoked Turkey and Smoked Chicken, in addition to sprinkling on our Seasoned Fries, Smokin' Chicken Nachos, etc.), contains MSG. MSG is technically a gluten but not always a concern for the community with Celiac Sprue disease or gluten concerns. This use of MSG is very small based upon the amount of barbecue spice used in our recipes and the small amount of MSG in the spice but, I do not mean to diminish the reaction of allergies to MSG if this is a concern for you.

If your diet allows MSG, then modified W-R-B-O food starches would be your only constraint. Anything breaded would not be allowed, like our Chicken Tenders, Toast/Buns, Cobblers, Brownies, Seasoned Fries, Onion Rings and any product containing our flour tortillas (Quesadillas, Crispy Strips on our Salads, etc.), our ranch beans do contain a modified food starch that is wheat based. Our nachos use a corn based tortilla.

The Celiac/Gluten free concerned guest would be best to select our smoked meats or select one of our entr

      Thanks for your input.

If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly flareups.

No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done recently?

Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
