Hi Everyone!

I tried something the other day and it was so yummy I thought I'd share. I was craving pizza the other day, but didn't feel like having the gluten free type of crust. I haven't really found a gluten free crust that I really like yet though I've tried several. So what I did was slice up some eggplant, about 1/2 inch think so that there were several round eggplant pieces. Then I roasted them after spraying olive oil spray on both sides. After they were roasted, I put on the gluten free pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni, then put back into the oven for a few minutes. It was so yummy and way better than the gluten free pizza crusts! I was surprised that it tasted so good because I'm really not a big eggplant fan. Anyway, thought I'd pass the idea along for anyone interested in trying it out. Enjoy!

That's really clever; I have to try that! If you're in a pinch we've discovered that we love the frozen Amy's Rice Crust Pizzas. About halfway through the baking time, we add extra cheese and any toppings we want. :)

      If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly...

      No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

      Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done...

      Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
