Hi just looked this up & thought I'd share:

From Cavendish Farms' web site:

Are your products gluten free?  Answer: All of the french fried items we make are gluten and lactose free. Our Patties and Nuggets are also gluten and lactose free, but our battered products and Crowns may not be, depending upon the ingredients used to prepare the individual items. Any product with Wheat Flour on the Ingredient listing contains gluten.

This is what worries me, companies do know that it's not just wheat flour containing gluten, its many things.

      If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly...

      No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

      Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done...

      Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
