Pan Picnic (Less than one hour to make and bake)

6 slices bacon, cut into 1/2" pieces

3 hamburger patties

1/2 cup chopped onion

28oz. can baked beans

1/4 cup chopped pickles

1/2 cup ketchup

1/4 cup molasses

2 tsp. mustard

1 tsp. L&P Worcestershire sauce

1 cup shredded cheese

1 cup slightly crushed potato chips

Be sure all ingredients are gluten-free.

In frying pan, cook meats and onion together, chopping up as it cooks, until done.

Meanwhile, pour all other ingredients in a 2 quart baking pan except for cheese and chips.

Drain fat off meat, blot, rinse if desired.

Stir meat mixture into baking dish mixture.

Sprinkle on cheese, then chips.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour.

Variations:

Use "other" ground meat or chopped hotdogs.

Use sliced American cheese spread out on top.

Add more ketchup if needed.

Replace sauce ingredients with BBQ sauce.

Serve on an open face gluten-free bun.

Double the recipe :P Enjoy

      Thanks for your input.

If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly flareups.

No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done recently?

Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
