It's that season, for caramel apples. I just found on the Marzetti website that their caramel apple dips are gluten free (as are a lot of their veggie dips, dressings, etc. If you click through their site and click on "product details" tab it lists right next to each product if it is gluten free! I love sites that do this, now they just need to start labeling the actual packaging!

I checked the site and I didn't see anything about the fat free caramel dip. Have you heard anything on that?

Yes, the fat free is gluten free too. If you go to the site, click on dips on the right side of the page, then caramel apple dips on the right side. Then go to the description on the left side of the page and expand the "product details" tab- all of the dips are listed and it looks like the only caramel apple dip that is NOT gluten-free is the cinnamon variety.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
