I just went to a wedding last night and had the most wonderful experience. I had called them on saturday and I had left a message with someone, and I just figured that they would blow me off and not even call back. But someone called me back and told me just to speak with the waiter when I get there. I was really nervous because I wanted to eat, because it was the first time meeting my boyfriends entire family.

So when we got there my boyfriend went right up to the waiter and spoke with him and explained the situation. He was extremly understanding and said that he would speak with the chef. The waitor came back and said that he would just gill the porkchop and put no sauce on it and give me a baked potatoe with plain vegetables. I was so excited, and the food was amazing. It was the best porkchop that I had ever eaten, and I had no reaction what so ever. They really did what they said they were going to do.

I was so amazed with the service and from the time that I sat down they knew exactly what to put in front of me and what not to, becuse they didnt give me the pasta and they didnt put any cake down. My boyfriend really helped me out alot with that and the catering hall was amazing. It was a really great experience, and I hope that every catering hall is this accomidating.
