Travelling Through The Uk

I will be travelling soon with my sister, flying into London, spending time in Edinburgh, Inverness, Belfast, and various small towns throughout Scotland (a bus tour based in Inverness). I've already contacted the guesthouses we'll be staying at in Edinburgh and Inverness, but I'll be on my own for lunches and dinners (and a few breakfasts at hotels in London). Does anyone have suggestions for:

1) grocery stores with gluten-free food in Edinburgh and Inverness

2) restaurants in Edinburgh, Inverness, downtown London (near Kings Cross or the Tube), and/or Belfast

3) how to eat gluten-free at tiny restaurants or cafes

I've been gluten free for 4 1/2 years, so I have some experience travelling. I'm definitely taking restaurant cards with me, and a fair amount of carbs, but I'm hoping to travel a little lighter by planning on buying some food in Edinburgh.

Thanks!

Corinne

A friend of mine is in London right now and he recommended some places on Open Original Shared Link

I'll ask him to post more suggestions if he can! Good luck and have safe travels!

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

Thank you for the links to the articles.  Interesting reading. I'll be telling my brother in law because he has a lot of pain
