Hey guys,

I looked for this soooo long. In germany I always had this extract, that helped me improve this stupid cracking in my left knee. I have searched for it everywhere, but I couldn't find it. Now I found it. Weehee! It's even glutenfree.

It's an extract from green-lipped mussels from New Zealand. And this is really good for your joints, even when you have pain, arthritis or what not else. It's also known to reverse damage, even if docs say, it's irreversible. It kind of puts the smeary substance back into your joints and it's anti-inflamatory (sp?) at the same time. It's really need. It's $36.00 for 60 caps. But if you only take one, it lasts for two month. And that stuff is so good, that it won't take long until you recovered and then you can go back to only one cap a day.

      If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly...

      No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

      Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done...

      Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
