Nile Spice Soups....

Has anyone had the Nile Spice cup of soups? Specifically the Pea Soup? I bought one the other day...I read the label and it didn't list any gluten or gluten containing products in it...but I got a little crampy after eating it. In all fairness, I had been quite sick the last week prior to eating it and when I bought it, i just really wanted it and honestly didn't care if it contained glutens. It was sooo good it made me want to cry I loved it that much!

I wrote the company and they said they will list all gluten products on their labels so I feel fairly confident that it's safe...but you all have never steered me wrong so before I go out an buy a gross of them I thought I would check in.

Fingers crossed the cramps were in my head!

      I have been looking for new dishes. I was surprised to find dishes made of wheat straw. Are these safe for us? I'm very careful to avoid products that may contain gluten. I never thought I might have to check for wheat in dishes.

      Going on a cruise next week and I’m a celiac. Bought a bottle of GliandinX. Should I just take two tablets per day as a precaution? Never tried this before!! Any help is appreciated!!
