In all of the reading that I have been doing about celiacs disease being so 'common'. I finally came upon the study they seem to have obtained this estimate. And even though out of the 1500 poeple they randomly tested, 1 in 133 people tested positive (but without biopsy as I understand) in fact only 1 in 2000 people are actually diagnosed with it.
