  2. I highly recommend PF Changs! They have a great Gluten-free menu! For an appetizer i got Soothing Chicken Lettuce Wraps, which were delicious!! Then I got lemon chicken, and the gluten-free Singapore Street Noodles (like chow-meing). The dishes come in large servings so me, my mom, and my friend ate out of the same meal as me! They couldnt tell the difference...
  3. I think they are dairy free! But you may want to double check on the ingredient label on the candy. Here's what a website said the ingredients were.   4. Thanks! Also Sour Patch Kids, Snickers,Butterfingers (no butterfinger crisps!!), Hersheys Milk Chocolate bar, skittles, and the list goes on ARE gluten-free! I've only been on the Celiac Diet for 3-4 months, but I know my candy!!! -amber

My gastrologist (sp?) said that I should just eat one slice of bread a day for a week before the bioposy, since i'm very very sensitive to gluten. So i'm going to pig out on gluten during Christmas.   8. Hey, I'm 14 (almost 15) 5'7, and i fell down to about 100 lbs. before i was actually considered that i might have celiac disease. I was falling into the 5% range of people my weight or whatever.   11. I would check EnviroKids. I think all their stuff or at least most of it is gluten-free. They make cereals and rice krispie bars. Check out your local vitamin or health food shop. Even albertsons, safeway, raleys, and nobhill foods have a little gluten free section. There is always good bread...Kinnickinnic, or something like that makes the best breads, donuts...

  13. Some one on another board said that all maltodextrin in the USA is gluten-free unless the label says otherwise. Is this true? Or did someone not have their facts straight?
  14. Enviro-Kids cereal is gluten free and healthy too! You can find it at Albertsons or Safeway. Maybe Nugget too.
