    Ugh, I have to take the test. But I have to eat gluten only for a week before it. And I thought it took atleast 1-3 months of eating gluten for it to show up on the test. But the doctor said only one week. So it'll be a real bummer if it comes out negative. Because I know that i have it! I'm not scared about the actual test, just the being sick for a week...

    Oh okay! We have Baldo's here in the bay area of CA. But the name is just Baldo's. I think its family owned here too, but they have all over Northern CA, so I thought maybe they put one in NY! lol.

    I ate at the one in Walnut Creek, CA. Yeah, I'm not mad at them, because I know they try hard. But sometimes they just mess up.

    Hi! I see that you mentioned Baldo's. We also have a couple over here where I live. Is there a gluten-free menu or items that I can eat? I dont know if I would trust mine anyhow though. When I wasnt gluten-free I found chicken joints in my chicken quesdilla!!

    Hi! I'm 14 (15 on Nov. 5th!!) & I've been gluten-free for about 6 months now. I had trouble on getting all the gluten eliminated, up to about a month go. And now I have absolutely no problems now that the glutens is all out of my diet!! . But I do have trouble getting to sleep...and its really frustrating. I'm homeschooled, so I can sleep in...

    Haha, yeah, they're my favorite too! Everyday I crave one of those!! Atleast, Kinnikinnick has some doughnuts. But they're not like that rasberry-filled delciousness.

    I always have cold hands. And usually cold feet too. But its mostly the hands. Actually during church, they tell you to turn around & shake your neighbors hands & alot of the time people tell me that my hands are very cold.

    You know you're a Celiac if/when... ---.....your poop floats....--- ---.....when you dream about eating gluten & wake up worrying that you'll get sick any moment, but then you realize a few minutes that it was just a dream & that you didnt eat those delicious rasberry-filled powered donuts....---

    Hi, I have a box of Jello's 'Instant Vanilla Pudding.' Anybody know if its gluten-free? It says it has modified food starch, but it is a Kraft company so they'd say right?
