    I get that too. Really tender and hypersensitive in that range. But I don't know if it's because I just ate gluten a month ago and I'm still in pain from it. KLS

    I am *SO* lucky. I called up Garnier Fructis and they said that all the products that I use by them *ARE* in fact GLUTEN - FREE!!! Yay!!!!!!! I'm so glad I checked. I love their products. (Doing the Happy Hair dance) KLS

    Oh whew, hope you're right. Yeah. I will definitely call on Monday to double check. I use a couple of products of Garnier to straighten my hair - they are - Smoothing Milk and Sleek and Shine - it's more to get rid of frizz though. Then I use a flat iron to straighten it more. KLS

    OMG, Garnier Fructis isn't? I don't know what I am going to do now. I have a whole lot of it and it really straightens my hair. I do have Nature's Gate at least. I know that's 100% pure. KLS

    They could have been. That's the only thing that's coming up for me, that the juices that they were in had gluten in it. I didn't think of the vinegar part of it though. That's interesting. Yeah it is. It's very severe. I can't believe how long this is lasting. I'm scheduled for a barrium swallow tomorrow to check things out more. Thank you very much. KLS

    I'm sorry you're so restricted. I know it sucks, cause I can relate to you on the restricted part. I can ONLY eat soluable foods. Right now because of my stomach, I'm only on liquids and baby food. When I'm not having a hard time, I can add in other soluable foods, but it's not a big list. And not being able to eat gluten on top of every thing, I'm very restricted...

    Oh wow, really? LOL gees. That scares me that doctor's don't know crap sometimes. Well, I listed everything and he commented on every thing, so after I said, "Heart of Palm" he said, "That's about as fatty as you can get." Thanks, Carla. KLS

    Hi All, I've had Celiac Sprue for over 2 years. I got it after brain surgery. So believe it or not, still kind of new to this disease. On Saturday I went to a vegetarian/vegan cookout, so I thought I was pretty safe and asked what was in a dish and there was nothing that had gluten in it, but all she had to do was forget one ingredient, and we're screwed...
