does anyone have any of the gluten free products for their palm pilot? i am wondering if they are worth the money -
Is anyone here a gluten free chef? I've been considering a career change (I am 21 and just graduated from college in a field I dislike) and cooking has always been an interest of mine.. I was curious to find out how Celiacs do in the field.. do you think there would be a demand for a celiac chef?

i am flying down to florida tomorrow... with security measures as crazy as they are right now i do not plan on carrying anything on... i am flying jet blue... does anyone know if any of the snacks or drinks that they serve are gluten free? my favorite snack of theirs is the terra blue potato chips

i called up to get my results and i tested positve for gluten.. number was 81.9 is that high or low? they also did another test.. i am not doctor... it was endo-something and it was less than 1:10? can anyone explain to me what this means?

So for many years I was told I had IBS.. lately I've been thinking no.. maybe it's Celiac's.. I went on a gluten free diet and felt much better.. I had the blood test done and I am still waiting for results.. regardless of what the results are I will follow the gluten free diet simply because I feel better.. now here comes the weird question.. my main symptom...

i read somewhere that it isn't abnormal for people with a gluten allergy to also have problems with casein... how is casein allergy or intolerance tested? is that a blood test? what is the test called? -
i am being tested on tuesday... how much blood do they take? how long does it take them to fill the tube? i ask because i have blood-injury phobia.. basically i get lightheaded and sometimes passout from the sight of blood... and just thinking about it now i feel weak... i need this test but i just want to know about how long it will take..

I live in Dix Hills which is western suffolk county.. oakdale isn't too far.. thanks! I will have to look that up! I've been to Outback and loved it. Do they have gluten free entrees or do you have to speak to your server about what you can and cannot have. PF Changs. I have never been there. Westbury also, isn't that far. Mr. Ritt's do they specialize... -
well it only has been a couple of days... i am having the blood test on tuesday.. i figure.. since i feel better not eating gluten.. i'd go back to eating normally maybe tonight into tuesday morning.. i am just finishing up a gluten free breakfast.. and i have gluten free lunch in the fridge (i'm at work).. i really only has been a couple of days of eating...

I am not even sure if I have Celiacs... I was "diagnosed" with IBS... nothing was helping.. it was recommended I avoid gluten.. and I feel muuuuch better... I am getting tested to know for sure on tuesday.. but I was wondering if you have any suggestions for "newbies"..
