Thank you very much for your response. Can you give me some examples of what you eat? It seems very difficult to stay away from so many foods. I pretty much eat meat, potatoes and vegetables (except corn and tomatoes). Should I cut out potatoes even if I don't think I react to them? I would do anything to have more energy. I have been tired my whole... -

Hi Everyone, I was diagnosed with Celiac about 3 years ago and when I went on the diet, my symptoms improved dramatically. However, as time has passed, I have developed more and more problems with so many foods. I cannot eat dairy, soy, corn, tomatoes, bananas, beans, and now even rice! I feel so overwhelmed trying to figure out what to eat as well... -
Hi Everyone, I was wondering if someone could recommend a good doctor who is familiar with Celiac in the Northern Virginia area? I was diagnosed with Celiac about 3 years ago, but have since developed so many food interolances. I feel like I get sick from just about everything. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
