Hello everyone! Its been so long since i've posted on here!! i've been a busy bee on holiday in the UK and Europe, it was amazing! I did pretty well staying gluten free and only had a few gluten issues which is pretty good for 7 weeks away Tesco and Sainsburys (UK supermarkets) have the most amazing gluten free food - chocolate cakes, apple pie, english... -

Acne was the symptom that got me researching and discovering i was intolerant to gluten. I had perfect skin all my life until it freaked out a couple of years ago with acne on my face, chest, back and behind my ears. After stopping eating gluten it took about 3 weeks for my skin to be totally clear again, it was amazing and relieving seeing the improvement... -

I have a pilates dvd but it involves lots of leg use so i think i'd have to copy the exact exercise jerseyangel was talking about if its possible without the machine I dont have a gym membership or anything and prefer to do my exercising at home so what does this circuit training involve? we have some weights here, a bench press, gym ball, wrist/ankle... -

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone! We have an exercise bike but that leaves my knee in pain (I think the doc said my knee cap goes slightly off track when i bend my leg so i'm starting to build up the inner muscle which keeps it in place with the special exercises). I've very keen on the swimming idea so i'll see if theres any deep indoor pools... -

Great idea Michelle! We have a swimming pool too I hadn't even thought of that It's still a bit chilly here but when the weather warms up i'll be splashing about! Any other ideas? Something i can do indoors would be great so i can do it in the eve and in privacy, but all suggestions are most helpful! Thanks! -

I really want to get fit and lose a little weight but I have really weak knees which i have special muscle building exercises for but i want to do something which will get my heart pumping. helloooo again, i havent posted in ages! i've been a busy bee of late and am going somewhat mad on this elimination diet, i'm eating the same things everyday! i'm feeling fantastic though, completely myself again with tonnes of energy thank goodness! i start my first challenge on friday - salicylates for a week which means i get to introduce some more flavours... -
hello! i ended up getting my own pots and pans, cutlery and crockery which means i dont have to worry about scrubbing the gluteny equipment like a mad woman before i can use it, i know if something isnt cleaned perfectly it doesnt matter as no gluten has touched it! I also have my own spatula and other cooking utensils and a few months ago bought my own...

Welcome tee and aussiejade! where can i buy this fairtrade chocolate you speak of tee? is it in oxfam (community aid abroad) shops? sounds great! i love the san remo spaghetti too, just had it tonight with bolognaise, i prefer orgran for pasta though - the rice and corn stuff tickles my fancy i'm still on my other food allergy/intolerance... -

Hello! i've just come back from the shops with a giant bag of mr mallow marshmallows!! YUM!! Its crazy hot here today, about 30 degrees! in winter! Thats so impressive about your sons results Kaycee!! Indeed you are absolutely allowed to gloat! thanks ruth, i'll see if i can find it today! i'm pleased to report that my sore throat has gone and i'm feeling much more alive! i cut out dairy, corn, egg and stopped using my usual lip balm and moisturiser yesterday so one of them doesnt agree with me. i'll be slowly re-introducing them to see which is the culprit, yay, i feel tops...so far lol -

I use "earth" brand dishwashing liquid and i contacted the company and they told me its gluten free so that one should be fine if its available in NZ. I tried to contact the morning fresh folks but couldnt find any contact details so i just stick with my safe "earth" brand Kaycee, I've been having some troubles too with new symptoms even though i'm sure... -

Thanks for that tip Mango04! i've been keeping my eyes peeled for that bread but havent seen it anywhere yet so i think i'll contact the company and see where i can buy it, i really need a good bread! Chocolate fish....are those chocolate covered marshmallow things? if so, i love them too and have been yearning for one for ages. i'm going to look into... -

Has anyone found any sweets, like jubes, snakes etc, that are gluten free? Every pack i check has that darned wheat glucose syrup in it! I spotted some gluten free nut bars in the supermarket today from the nice and natural company....has anyone tried these before? i've got heaps of info from companies about gluten in their products if anyone wants me... -
