  5. I know how you feel! I'm 21, 5'3 and weigh anywhere from 96 - 98. And I drop weight very quickly (if i'm sick for even a week and my eating patterns change I can go to the low 90's- 89. I recently started going gluten-free and now i'm worried i'll lose more weight. I Don't want to gain any either but i'm worried people will jump to the conclusion its an eating...

  9. Hey, Is it possible to maintain your current weight after going gluten free. I'm 21 yrs old, 5'2-5'3 and weigh 96-98. I don't want to lose any more weight because I know it won't look good but I also don't want to gain any either because i'm not very tall and putting on weight shows a lot more when your shorter.   12. Pilates is awesome! I was introduced to pilates by my figure skating coach and have been addicted ever since! Not only does it make you feel stronger, you feel more balanced relaxed and healthy! And I haven't met any1 who hasn't seen results yet! Mandy
  13. I've only recently gone gluten free but in the past if anyone has a cold I'll catch it (only I get it 100x worse), If i catch strep throat i get stage 4 strep throat.   15. I was really surprised to find out that people are now saying oats are not supposed to be bad for people with celiacs. I've never been able to eat Oatmeal or even granola bars with out feeling instantly sick (stomach ache, feeling naucious, and a weird headache). I have Chronic Rhinitis, and it gets just as bad after eating oats as it does when I eat Gluten...
