Perhaps you are reacting to the fruit, not with a gluten reaction. Mushrooms are often grown on a gluteny substrate. Strawberries are prone to cross contamination due to wheat straw being used. People pick up and examine fruit with gluten hands, so wash well or peel. -

Yes, distilled alcohol is gluten free, but many celiacs including me, react to it just the same. Shmirnoff is made from corn. -
I totally respect your point of view. I don't see it the same way, and am trying to find long life food I can eat should things get bad. My first thought was really, the world is dropping sick with a new virus and you are thinking of dropping acid. Blotter paper might be contaminated. I believe ergot is grown on rye. Bit like the blue cheese of the drug world Don't do it. No good comes of stuff like that anyway. -
Can you please post brands of canned food u can tolerate? Has the augustson farms led to any reaction? Fish (iodine) and chicken (no idea why) both cause me to react. Sweet potato. Apples. I eat only soft boiled veg, goat milk in small amounts. I can't eat as much as a pot of yoghurt. No grains, not even rice. I can eat small amounts of grass fed beef. Egg. No legumes or lentils.
